Abstract

When writing a set of instructions or descriptions for a technical device, it is important to keep your audience in mind. Most of the time, people who are buying a product are the ones reading these instructions so it’s necessary to use proper language. It should be easy to understand so that the user is capable of handling their device properly. This assignment was done to further familiarize ourselves with technical writing and how instructions should be written. There is an organization used by technical writers and a language that can be comprehended by the general public.
